Neighborhood bakery and cafe with wholesale accounts

Scratch bakery and small cafe on a busy Ogden corner, open since 2014. Sourdough, pastries and custom cakes, plus wholesale bread to eleven restaurants and two grocers that make up about a third of sales.

Seven part-time staff and a head baker who has been here six years and wants to stay. Two commercial ovens, a 60-quart mixer, walk-in cooler and a 30-seat dining room are all included. Sales have grown every year; the owner is retiring and will train for 60 days.
